John R. “Rusty” Phenix
John R. “Rusty” Phenix is the managing partner of Phenix & Crump, PLLC. Rusty received his Bachelor of Arts in 1982 from Baylor University, then completed his legal education with his JD in 1984. Later that year, he was admitted to the Bar and has spent every year since pursuing justice and fighting for his clients’ rights in the courts of East Texas.

In his role as Partner of the firm, Cary Crump works each day with clients throughout East Texas to secure compensation and justice in the legal system of our state. Cary received his preparatory education at Stephen F. Austin State University, earning his BA Magna Cum Laude in 1993, and his JD from the University of Houston in 1997.
